- A flat shipping fee of $10 USD applies to orders under $69 USD

2. DELIVERY TIME
We want you to receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible!
- Ready-to-ship items (no handmade process): Packed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
- Handmade with love: Handmade pieces take 5–15 days to create before shipping. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
- Pre-order treasures: Please check the estimated time on the product page. Once available, your order will be shipped within 2–5 business days.
Important Notes
- In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. In the rare event we cannot ship within this timeframe, we will notify you by email.
- A tracking number will be provided within 5 business days of placing your in-stock order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- It may take 3–5 days for your shipment to be scanned and updated by the shipping provider.
- For pre-orders or backorders, please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page.
- Any delivery dates provided by FluffyCoco are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
- For shipments handled by third-party carriers, we are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation beyond what is available from the carrier.
3. SHIPPING CHANGES
- Free of charge if you change the shipping address before we provide the tracking number.
- A $10 fee will be charged if the carrier confirms a successful address change after the order is already in transit.
- If your order is in transit and you fail to cancel it in time, please refuse the package upon delivery. A 25% cancellation fee (based on the package value) will apply.
- If you request an address change after the order has shipped, we will submit the request to the carrier on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee that the address will be successfully updated.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
- If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you may refuse the package upon delivery.
- For returns, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee (based on the package value).
- These fees will be deducted from your refund amount once the returned package is received and inspected.
