Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return window, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Please read the following carefully, as return eligibility varies by product type.

Order Cancellation within 48 Hours

If your order has not been shipped and you request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order, it can be cancelled free of charge.

1. Standard Products

If you change your mind, you may return standard products within the 7-day window, provided that:

  • The item is in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee (based on the original purchase price).
  • Returns must be shipped to the address provided in our return confirmation email. Packages sent to any other address will not be accepted.

2. Custom & Handmade Clothes Products

  • Non-returnable for non-quality issues: As a small business, we take special care to send you real photos of your custom order before shipping. Once confirmed, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a proven quality defect.
  • Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your package. This is required for any quality issue claim.
  • If there is a quality issue, contact us within 7 days with the unboxing video as proof, and we will work with you on a solution.

3. Pre-order & Made-to-order Items

  • Full-payment pre-order items do not require prior confirmation. Please refer to the product page for the estimated production timeline and wait patiently until your item is ready.
  • Once shipped, no refunds are accepted for pre-orders or made-to-order items.
  • If you refuse or return a shipped pre-order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.

4. Important Notes & Disclaimers

  • Plush or fabric-based products may have slight loose fibers or shedding; this is normal and not considered a quality defect.
  • Due to differences in doll body shapes from various manufacturers, we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect fit for all dolls.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting; this is not a defect.
  • Handmade products may have small threads or minor handmade marks — these are part of their charm, not flaws.
  • If you are a perfectionist buyer, please consider these factors before placing your order.
  • By purchasing from us, you agree to the above terms.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, a refund (minus applicable shipping and restocking fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
